An all levels fitness class that will leave you feel energized! A perfect head to toe workout. 


9:30am Circuit & Strength Training with Sarah V.

Strength & circuit training that focuses on working every muscle.


5:30pm Hatha Yoga with Melinda 

*All levels welcome. Great for beginners

A mindful and meditative approach to opening the body with softness and ease. Hatha yoga postures strengthen and stretch the body promoting balance and flexibility. Great for beginners however even experienced yogi's benefit from this class where you will experience a feeling of calm and centered.


6:45pm Gentle Intro to Power Yoga with Sarah B. 

Let Sarah gently introduce you to the POWER poses in this Yoga class. Connecting breath with movement, we strengthen, sculpt & tone.

Gentle Hatha is a slow paced class that focuses on breathing, stretching and strengthening while cultivating a mind-body connection. This class will leave you feeling relaxed and balanced. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Modifications offered as needed.

6:45pm - Vinyasa Flow with Kristin

Vinyasa will take you through asana sequences at a quicker pace and links movement with breath. This class builds strength and stamina and explores more challenging poses such as arm balances and backbends.

THURSDAY

6:30am - Meridian/Fascial Stretch Class 

Using the meridians and acupressure points from Traditional Chinese Medicine, we will work on the flow of chi/energy in our body through doing resistance fascia stretching and yoga poses. 


9:15am - Hips & Hamstrings with Melinda

This class incorporates deep stretching that target primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. Also includes core/abdominal strengthening. Regardless of whether or not you sit all day - this is a great class for hip health.


10:45am - YogaFit 55 Plus with Melinda

This beginner friendly body sculpt class will build strength and tone your muscles. Mix it up for a total body workout with low-impact exercises and modifications offered for all fitness levels. Weights will be used and are optional . Geared towards healthy aging building strength and stability.


FRIDAY

Pilates is a form of strength and flexibility training that can be done by someone at any level of fitness.


SATURDAY

11:30am - Strength & Flow with Grant 

This class is all about bringing your focus inward. Emphasizing the power of our breath, every step of the way. The breath is the foundation for everything we do on our mat. Strength & Flow embodies the philosophy of Sthira-Sukha, the stability and ease that we can experience in our asana practice. This 60 minute powerful modern vinyasa sequence is meant to build Agni (fire) in the body and challenge us to be comfortable in the uncomfortable. Strength and Flow is a journey back to our authentic selves, to build the confidence and stillness we require to show up each day as the best version of ourselves. You will walk away feeling rejuvenated, sweaty and energized.


SUNDAY

8am - Inferno Hot Pilates with Kelly

Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). IHP creates long lean muscle mass, burns fats, and improves overall health. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. It is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact, therefore protecting your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running or jumping. This program is designed for all fitness levels.


9:30am - Sunday Flow with Sandy

An all level flow.

Connect breath, body & soul as we practice with a balanced pace of ebb and flow on your mat. In this class, we take the time for you to move and create energy, building heat and strength, and cooling down as we soften with stillness.
